However, the beach is a significant trek, requiring a 12-minute bus ride that often felt like an eternity, especially with a full bus. The beach itself was shallow—you'd have to walk quite a distance to actually get into the water. The pool area needs some maintenance. the flooring is damaged, which is surprising for a new establishment. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, which detracted from an otherwise decent stay.

I absolutely loved my stay in the Superior Family Suite! The spacious room was beautifully decorated and offered stunning garden views. The beach, just a short shuttle ride away, was pristine with soft sand, and the available water sports made for an adventurous day!

I had a lovely time at Tanoak Resort. The food impressed me with its great taste despite the limited variety. it was enjoyable every day. The main pool area was clean and welcoming, perfect for relaxation. The staff offered amazing service, especially at the beach. I appreciated the large room size and beautiful decorations in the Superior Family Suite. However, the shuttle bus service to the beach needed improvement. it ran infrequently. Also, the broken tiles around the swimming pool raised safety concerns for my family. While the nightly entertainment was engaging, the music was often too loud late into the night. Overall, it’s a great family destination but with a few areas for improvement.

i loved how close the hotel was to nearby attractions like club m and azha, making it easy to explore the area on foot while enjoying the pleasant weather.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice, so supportive, especially Eisa & Abdulnasser. They managed to fix all our issues without any fuss, which just made our stay so much better, seriously.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for a place like this.

Consider using a rental car for convenient beach access and nearby attractions, as the shuttle service can be limited.

the family suite was spacious with a lovely garden view and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. the dining experience was delightful with high-quality food and a nice selection at breakfast. the pool area was relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and the animation team kept everyone entertained.

The sandy beach was lovely, and the staff at both the beach and restaurant were very attentive and friendly, contributing to an enjoyable atmosphere. However, the reliability of the shuttle service to the beach could use some improvement, as well as enhancing the variety of food options.
